We had a wonderful stay at this quiet and peaceful location. Little Orchard Cottage provided all the amenities we needed, including cooking facilities, a fridge, Sky TV, and Wi-Fi. the resident cat and friendly dog added to the charm of the nearby property. the beautiful working farm and lovely gardens were a delight to explore. the location was perfect for both enjoying Canterbury and exploring the surrounding areas in Kent. Nearby car parking made it convenient for us to get around. it was a tranquil and lovely place to stay. Cons: Everything was spot on! 👌🏼.

The property had a lovely garden and terrace, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or evening drink. Sitting outside surrounded by nature made me feel like I was in my own little oasis away from the city hustle and bustle.

This place is absolutely mind-blowing! The location is super convenient to explore nearby Canterbury and the surrounding areas. The cottage itself is incredibly comfortable, with spacious rooms and comfortable furniture. The owners are so friendly and genuinely helpful, making our stay even better. We loved being able to bring our dog and enjoy walks through the beautiful orchards behind the property. The gardens and surroundings are jaw-droppingly lovely. Plus, the cottage is very well-equipped, with everything you could possibly need, from free Wi-Fi to a flat-screen TV. We had such a fantastic holiday here and would definitely return to this tranquil location.

Great value for money, cozy and comfortable room with a well-equipped kitchenette, and lovely peaceful location. The hosts were friendly and helpful, and even provided towels for our dogs. We enjoyed the picturesque walks right from our doorstep.
The breakfast option could be improved with more variety or cooked options.

Excellent location for visiting the University of Kent. Prompt and friendly communication from owners. Well-equipped kitchenette and comfortable bed. Good shower and even towels for dogs! The hosts were helpful when I locked myself out.

We had a great time at Little Orchard Cottage! The value for money was excellent and the room was spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect, with beautiful orchards and lovely walks right behind the property. The staff were friendly and prompt in their communication, and we were even greeted by the owners' resident cat and dog, which added a nice touch to our stay.
Breakfast choices could be improved with more variety.

Very comfortable and warm cottages with friendly hosts. Good lighting and easy to find location. Beautiful working farm with lovely gardens. Well-equipped cottages. Fantastic location for exploring Canterbury and other areas in Kent. Close to amenities and footpaths for walking. Exceptionally well-equipped for self-catering. Helpful and friendly hosts. Great value for money.

I got great value for my money at Little Orchard Cottage. The room was cozy and comfortable, with a really comfortable bed and good lighting. The location was peaceful and perfect for walks, plus the staff were friendly and welcoming.
For breakfast, it would have been nice to have a wider variety of options.

This place was mind-blowing! The location was super quiet yet close to amenities and Canterbury. The footpaths for walking were jaw-dropping. The cottage was like a home from home, with every possible self-catering need covered. The hosts were incredibly helpful and friendly. Absolutely the perfect place to stay!

I stayed at Little Orchard Cottage for a few days whilst visiting the University of Kent. The location was excellent - quiet and self-contained. The owners were friendly and responded quickly. The kitchenette was well-equipped, and I loved the sitting area. The bed was comfortable, and there was plenty of storage. The shower was great, and they even provided towels for my dogs. The beautiful working farm had lovely gardens to enjoy, and the cottages were well-equipped.
Would recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at Little Orchard Cottage! The location is peaceful and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I enjoyed the beautiful gardens and the friendly host made me feel right at home. The cottage is also pet-friendly, which was perfect for my furry friend. There were some lovely walks right outside the door. I had a great experience and would recommend this cottage to others.

Stayed at a tranquil and self, contained place near the University of Kent. Great communication from friendly owners. Well, equipped kitchenette and comfortable bed. Enjoyed the peaceful sitting area and walks in the nearby orchards. Good value for money. Quick heating and separate circuits for temperature control. Dog, friendly with towels provided. Keys left in secure location. Peaceful and surrounded by nature.
Lovely walks from the doorstep. Cons: There was nothing I didn't like 😊.
